Matchday checklist

Treat the match as a checklist. Skip a paid entry when the playing XI is still unconfirmed.

Matchday steps

1. Open Fantasy and pick the upcoming match.
2. Shortlist 11 players inside 100 credits, 1 to 8 in each role, at most 10 from one side.
3. Remove anyone who is not in the playing XI.
4. Name a captain at 2x and a vice-captain at 1.5x. Live uses 2x and 1x.
5. Enter practice, or a paid room whose fee you have already accepted.

Captain, late changes, and the fee

Prefer a captain who can score in more than one way on the points tables: runs, wickets, or both. Change the side while My Contests still allows edits, which is until the scored innings starts. A second-innings side can still be created until 10 minutes after the first innings ends. If the read is weak, the April 2025 how-to already has a door with no fee: practice.
